Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. Although the rooms were not made up after the first night, and there were some maintenance issues like a stuck sink plug and a dodgy shower, the location near the train station and the city center was convenient. However, most rooms face the noisy train line or a busy street, which could be bothersome.
The hotel's location is excellent, convenient to the Train station and within walking distance from the main train station in Strasbourg. The rooms, although generally well-equipped, could have been cleaner. The service was polite overall but had some concerning instances of entering rooms without permission. The dining experience was average with limited options. The hotel's property is good for sightseeing but may face noise issues due to its proximity to busy streets.
